Gung Hay Fat Choy! Happy New Year!

Gung Hay Fat Choy, it is the year of the Dog! According to the Chinese Zodiac "the Dog is reliable and true. The dog is also smart and funny." Emily was born in 2002, the year of the Horse. The horse is "high-energy and free-spirited, horses love to be outdoors and running free." Alyssa was born in 2005, the year of the Rooster. The "Rooster likes to tell the truth, and they are very hard workers." So I have a free spirit and a hard worker.

We celebrated the Chinese New Year by doing activities at Emily's preschool. The children enjoyed listening to a story about Chinese New Year, doing the Lion Dance, and making "Dogs" for the year of the Dog!
